Cancellation policy

By subscribing to the Mystery Watch Club, you agree to a minimum commitment of 5 billing cycles.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal.
However, cancellation does not stop the remaining charges or shipments for your 5-cycle commitment.
Regardless of when you cancel, the full 5 monthly payments will still be processed on schedule, and you will continue to receive all 5 Mystery Watch deliveries.
After the 5 billing cycles are completed, your subscription will continue automatically on a month-to-month basis with no further commitment.
If you no longer wish to continue after the fifth cycle, you must cancel your subscription manually. No automatic cancellation will be applied.

In case of a failed payment during any of the 5 billing cycles, we will retry the charge.
No order will be shipped until payment for that specific cycle is successfully completed.

If you subscribed by mistake or changed your mind, we allow cancellation within the first 12 hours, as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled.
To cancel in this window, please email us at support@tourbillonbricks.com with the subject line: "Urgent Subscription Cancellation".
After this period, the subscription will proceed through the full 5-month term and no refunds will be issued.

Mystery Watch Subscription includes exclusive discounted pricing. As such, no refunds will be issued (either partial or full) once the subscription has begun.
The only exception is for orders that arrive damaged or defective, which will be replaced at no cost.

You will receive an email each month confirming your upcoming shipment and showing how many cycles have been completed and how many remain.
