At TourBillon Bricks©, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a seamless return and refund process.
RETURNS
Return Request Window:
- Once your order has been processed and is on its way, you must wait until you receive your shipment before requesting a return.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging—including all original contents and parts.
How to Request a Return:
- Please contact us at support@tourbillonbricks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- A member of our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Shipping Your Return:
- Once you receive our return instructions, please ship your item within 5 working days using a courier service of your choice.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; without tracking information, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
- The package must include your full name and the corresponding order number.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping expenses (including any customs, tax, or handling charges) are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- For purchases made using Clearpay, please note that the refund will be issued for the total order amount minus any shipping and handling fees.
Lost or Delayed Return Shipments:
- If your returned package does not arrive at our offices, please notify us at support@tourbillonbricks.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- We cannot assume responsibility for lost or delayed packages if a trackable shipping method is not used.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to verify it is in perfect condition.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you need to exchange your product for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at support@tourbillonbricks.com.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer after delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- On-sale products or special-order items are non-returnable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional processing time.

MODIFICATIONS ON THE RETURN POLICY
- TourBillon Bricks© reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after the revised policy is posted on our website.
